Las Vegas, NV, August 1, 2012 - The Retail Providers Association announced last night at the RSPA RetailNOW show that Granbury Restaurant Solutions has won an RSPA Innovative Solutions Awards for its customer-facing self-serve kiosk app. Granbury took the honors in the Payment Processing category with its innovative iPad based ordering and payment kiosk, which enables restaurant customers to bypass lines and enhances the ordering experience.
Granbury’s self-service ordering solution is fully integrated with the company’s online and mobile ordering apps, giving a consistent customer experience across the platforms. It makes use of secure and encrypted payment processing technology, in partnership with PayPros, and integrates the orders directly into the restaurant point-of-sale system, also provided by Granbury. A customer loyalty component also integrates with all the offerings, enabling restaurants to offer rewards and automate customer communications through email and social media.
